is it harder to raise two puppies at the same time from 4weeks old?
THIS IS AWESOME!
My favorite dog trainer and dog whisperer of all time has just released a free video online explaining how to eliminate 94% of all unwanted behavior in ANY dog.
Her name is Krista Cantrell and I absolutely LOVE the way she teaches.
Click on the video to watch. You'll be glad you did...

I'm about to bring home 2 puppies about 4-5 weeks old will it be more difficult to raise, and train them together?
Don't bring EITHER of them home. In the UK and most States in the USA it is ILLEGAL to remove puppies from their mother before 8 weeks of age. No rescue would allow this either.
It is also not advisable to get two puppies at the same age. They tend to bond with each other instead of bonding with their owner. Also, if you get puppies at 4 weeks old, they wont know how to behave as dogs. They learn LOADS socialization and behaviour wise in the 8 weeks they need to be with their mother and siblings. Taking them away at 4 weeks (they wont even be weaned properly until 6 weeks!!) will cause unwanted behaviours and socialization problems.
Don't do it. Leave the puppies until they are 8 weeks old. If you take them before that time, you're a terrible person and shouldn't have dogs period! They need this time with their mother and siblings, please!

You should never be raising any 4-5 week old puppies. They need to stay with their litter until 8 weeks at least, partly in order to learn proper social structure and bite inhibition. In most places it's illegal to get puppies at 4-5 weeks.

Well it might be pretty difficult. Just think of it as double the work, the clean-up, the mess, double the struggle, double the money, etc. You get the point lol.

In my opinion no-one should ever try this unless they are either very experienced or several adults in the house wanting to take up the training, and mostly never if you are first time owners.
It is not only double the work but more like four-fold, and it is harder to teach basic manners. Let's just say one pup jumps up your legs. You put it's little feet on the floor and say "off". Two pups together you cannot manage this. Each will be trying to scramble higher than the other, and as you get one off then the other will jump up, and vice versa. Just one example of how hard it is to bring up two successfully.
I'm an experienced owner and had 12 foster pups through here last year. At one point I had two and it was hard work. We split them as soon as another foster home became available for the sake of the dogs manners and going out as well trained as possible to their new homes.
Forgot to say and just to back up what is said there by somebody, that you shouldn't have the puppies at all until they are at least 8 weeks.

If raised together from the same age, I think it won't be so difficult.

yes, it is.
especially when the one dog does something wrong, and you tell it off, the other dog might think he did something wrong as well. Or when you praise one for doing it right, the other one thinks he has done something right as well.
I have two dogs, and when Im angry at one of them, the other thinks he has done something wrong as well, they dont always understand that they are two individuals.
like when i tought them to sit, one of them understood very quickly, so I give him a treat, then I kept trying to teach the other one to sit, and he didnt understand, but the first dog kept sitting down and giving paws every time I told the second one to sit. then the first one didnt understand why he didnt het praised for doing it right.
But it is possible, they just might get a bit confused sometimes. It would be best if you train them seperately, also take them for walks seperately regularly, to teach them to walk on the leash properly.
(no need to seperate them all the time though)

NEVER EVER TAKE PUPPIES AWAY FROM MOM BEFORE 8 WEEKS OF AGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will have nothing but trouble if yo take these dogs at such a young age.

It is unethical to take puppies away from mom before 8 weeks. Not to mention illegal in most areas of the US. In other areas the minimum is 7. That is still too young though. 8 should be the minimum if you want well adjusted puppies/dogs. Otherwise you will have havoc on your hands.
