What are some healthy training treats for a 3 month old Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix puppy?
THIS IS AWESOME!
My favorite dog trainer and dog whisperer of all time has just released a free video online explaining how to eliminate 94% of all unwanted behavior in ANY dog.
Her name is Krista Cantrell and I absolutely LOVE the way she teaches.

We’ve been training him here at home, and next weekend he starts a 1 hour free puppy training class at Petsmart. I was giving him Beggin Strips treats but my mom said those aren’t very healthy. For his regular food I’ve been feeding him Blue Buffalo small breed puppy food. Feel free to give any info just please no rude answers. Thanks in advance!
A good soft meat treat would be Wellness Wellbites. They have pretty good ingredients and my Chihuahua loved them. I just give her freeze dried raw meat from the brand Nature’s Variety as her treat now though.

Cut up half a hot dog into small pieces. Very valuable reward to a dog

I feed my dog these treats and she loves them, plus it keeps her healthy. Conveniently, you can buy them online. Good luck with the training.

i have 4 chihuahua’s. their little digestive system is sensitive.
your mother is correct, beg-gin strips and not healthy.
there are plenty of meats, veggies and fruits dogs can eat.
the more natural/organic…the better it is for your little chi.
i give these to my little ones, .
you can make it yourself or purchase it at any grocery store, CVS, Walgreen’s or Pet Supply Store
either way, always cut the treats up into manageable bite size pieces
*dehydrated sweet potatoes
*dehydrated chicken (chicken jerky)
*dehydrated duck (duck jerky)
*dehydrated livers
these should have no additives, no artificial flavor and no artificial color.
