THIS IS AWESOME! My favorite dog trainer and dog whisperer of all time has just released a free video online explaining how to eliminate 94% of all unwanted behavior in ANY dog. Her name is Krista Cantrell and I absolutely LOVE the way she teaches. Click on the video to watch. You'll be glad you did...

All our previous experience makes us think of a dog fence as to a physical barrier installed around a specific area, barrier that we can actually see and touch. With the advances in technology, however, we think of dog fences in the sense of invisible fences with no visible lines of demarcation set in wood, stone and metal. Though we can no more see these dog fences, we can note their benefits for the pet owners.

It is hard to count all these benefic effects of the electronic pet fences, but let’s start with the beginning. First, you don’t have to deal with the time, effort and money necessary to erect and then maintain a physical barrier made from timber, concrete and steel. Electronic dog fences can be easily set up since you only need to install the transmitter in a recommended location, set the area designated as the safe place and then put the collar around the dog’s neck.

Turn on the system and voila! From this moment, the invisible Dog Fence. that you have installed within a few minutes is completely functional.

Second, you can maintain the aesthetics of the safe place since there are no physical barriers necessary with electronic dog fences. As you protect your dog within the safe area, you also can protect whatever space, like a garden with rare flowers, from the reach of your dog.

And the invisible fence can be installed even in those neighborhoods where physical fences are not allowed. Police officers will want easy access to your house in case trouble does happen but you still have the benefit of a fence to protect your dog, in a manner of speaking.

You can choose from different electronic dog fences. Look for that is most suitable according to your needs, preferences and budget.

Wired systems require wires to be buried in the ground with said wires emitting the radio signal that activates the receiver in the collar to release the beep and then the electric shock

Wireless systems operate on the basis of a central unit emitting the radio signal for the activation of the sound and shock

GPS-based systems are becoming popular since these allow for faster and easier installation of the fence since the unit can be placed the designated area sans the physical effort required to install the wires or the central unit

Fourth, you can lessen the dog’s risks of being run over by passing cars, of being involved in dog fights and of becoming victim to other possible accidents outside of the designated safe place. This is because your dog will soon learn that the avoidance of a certain area will mean averting the onset of the unpleasant sensations that comes with the loud beep and the electric shock that will soon follow if he so much as continues with his course of action.

Your benefits will be a greater peace of mind and a lower amount of the vet clinic bill. Or in spending for the hospital expenses of the people your dog may have bitten, for that matter.

Don’t worry about the electric shocks of the Dog Fence. Adjust them for your dog and try them on yourself to be sure.
