Flea Products - What Pet Owners Should Know About
THIS IS AWESOME!
My favorite dog trainer and dog whisperer of all time has just released a free video online explaining how to eliminate 94% of all unwanted behavior in ANY dog.
Her name is Krista Cantrell and I absolutely LOVE the way she teaches.

Not all those flea products you read about are of the same quality. Some are better than others, or at least some are more popular than others. Here’s a quick guide when you’re shopping for flea products.
Don’t limit your search to online shops you find. The easiest way to search for flea products is to go online and punch in keywords. This will get you to a search results list filled with links. Most of the links lead you to either product description pages with content most like lifted word per word from the product inserts. Should you be comparing features and prices of flea products, this wide sweep approach works just as well. But if not, the three tips below are to be kept in mind.
Online articles on the topic can provide a lot of useful info. When you type in keywords to use on a search engine, try some other words to focus your search. Add in “articles” and you get articles often in the format of shopping guides, selection tips, product comparisons and reviews - in short, a context that may put your pet’s needs in perspective (assuming you’re new to this) instead of just presenting your with a brochure of prices. If you’re looking for a replacement to the current flea product you’re using, you will find the review articles useful.
Look up and compare customer reviews. Online pet supply stores of repute usually allow customers who purchased their products to post reviews, both good and bad. Look out for websites that offer only good reviews and glowing five star judgments. The more balance of it-worked and it-didn’t-work snippets from customers, the more likely the website’s owners are honest about the flea product being sold. Also, customer reviews instantly offer scenarios that may match your pet’s circumstances, from dog breed to habits to previous flea products used. This may help narrow down your search.
Go talk to your vet. Although this can be said to be the knee-jerk tip pet owners should give and follow, one misses the chance to learn on his or her own about flea products. Just the same, consulting your trusted vet resolves many of your worries. Your pet might need to be checked by a vet first, for example, to be properly weighed, so it can be judged whether it should be given treatment as well the accompanying proper dose. Also, there are some medications that may not be giving to pets who are of a certain breed, age, gender, medical condition, and current treatment the pet is currently undergoing.
