While you are beginning to work with your dog, you must think about dog training with a clicker. It has been found that clicker training is highly effective in training your dog in a fast and easy way, and you don’t have to face any difficulties as found in other methods. Clicker training method is not based on punishing and teaching your dog, but it is based on giving it positive support.

The success of dog training with a clicker is based upon the concept that your dog starts connecting the clicker sound with reward. Start by teaching your dog that a click means he will be getting a treat. And to begin make sure that you have lots of treats along with the clicker. Don’t lose your patience because your dog can take dozens of training sessions to learn a command, but once it has learnt it, it is going to respond automatically forever. Dogs are intelligent animals, but they simply learn at a different rate than do humans.
