Her name is Krista Cantrell and I absolutely LOVE the way she teaches.

It would be a fantastic time for you to find yourself unwinding with your dogs. This will make a good chance to teach him new learning with out done so much effort. In any way you can, having the quality time with him is a contribution to his psychological, social, psychological development, plus spending more time with your dog is another way of engaging him under a milder way of dog training - no tiresome fetching, loud barking, nor running back and forth only to accomplish whatever you have just instructed to your dog.
There are several methods for getting active with your dog which are not limited inside the fence. Bear in mind that the key phrase in here is quality time. The examples below will help you to get along with your dog so as for you both to find a warmer and more affectionate relationship:
The first on the list: Teaching tricks to your dogs. Teaching him tricks is hitting two birds with one stone. First, his boredom will be eased and secondly, you are giving him an opportunity to learn and get stimulated.
Whenever you are watching television or whatever you are doing that gets his attention, let him sit beside you. Isnt it good to feel that your dog wants to spend time with you?
Do you know that dogs especially when they are still puppies are like kids too. They are afraid to sleep alone and is looking for bedtime buddies. Why not prepare a crate or den and let him stay in your bedroom.
Now, let’s go outdoors. The first spot is the park. In this place, your dog has the opportunity to play and at the same time, MEET NEW FRIENDS.
One good thing about bonding with your own dog is training him how to look up to you as a master. Some of the things that you can do while playing with him is to change the voice’s intonation and modulation. The gestures and your body language are significant elements too in making your dog obey what you have commanded.
One golden rule about dog upbringing: Never PUNISH YOUR DOG. Whether he has done something wrong or has not done anything. PUNISHMENT is a no no. Rewarding him if he has done the right thing will reinforce the things that he should be doing. Punishment is not effective with dogs.
Evidently all animals are often tamed when given food to eat. You have to feed your dog properly not just for his nourishment but also it will make him feel that he is well-taken care of.
Another great idea is making your dog join a contest. This is a sure fun for both of you. You will both enjoy the healthy competition and at the same time your dog will have the opportunity to meet new friends.
Knowing the dog’s right: his needs being fulfilled and being given a quality time is important. However, those are not enough if his master doesn’t find time to create a link between him and his dog. He must understand that a dog, like humans, needs the affection, health maintenance, and attention. Having all of the above done will sort out an enhanced well being and trust of the dog to his owner.
