THIS IS AWESOME! My favorite dog trainer and dog whisperer of all time has just released a free video online explaining how to eliminate 94% of all unwanted behavior in ANY dog. Her name is Krista Cantrell and I absolutely LOVE the way she teaches. Click on the video to watch. You'll be glad you did...

My (1) husband and I have three beautiful children, who in turn have many friends. Most of their friends have pets, rabbits, kittens and of course dogs. I think (9) you can guess where this is going. The kids have been pleading with us for a while to buy them a puppy. I’m not too sure but said I would think about it.

I didn’t intend to sound mean to the children when I said I would think about it, but they’re not quite old enough to realise that a puppy can be hard work. However, space is not a problem. We have a lovely large house with gardens (%) to the front and rear, plenty of room for a puppy (1) to exercise and explore. Once the children were asleep, my husband and I did a little research online to see which breed would be most suitable.

We read Labradors are very docile & good with children, West Highland Terrier is sometimes yappy poodles and can be aggressive. After looking at the pictures of all the cute puppies for sale via a reputable website, we thought about plumping for a gorgeous Labrador pup. We also read how to take care of puppies and dogs, in other words hygiene, extremely important when around young children. Is apparently necessary to check out the parents of the puppy to make sure the breed is good as well as what food to give it. Other subjects, such as worming and vaccinations had to be looked at too.

After a talk we decided to purchase a Labrador pup. The kids were very excited, so much that the next day we called at many pet shops. There were plenty of pups for sale, but no Labradors. We also tried a few animal rescue centres, again some wonderful dogs, but no Labrador puppies. The children were getting a bit upset so we promised to all have a good look on the internet a little later on in the day.

You can, via the internet, read about the different breeds of dogs for sale as well as many other animals. Surprisingly there are a lot of dogs and pups that are free, as long as they are taken care of in good homes.

We did some more research online and found reputable websites selling puppies, including buy and sell sites. The UK has many breeders and pet owners who advertise puppies that can be bought and sold online. There were some gorgeous little things too, however we were adamant that it would have to be a beautiful Labrador pup.

We chose a Labrador pup because of their temperament & wonderful personality. They are apparently easy to train, alert and extremely obedient when older. Labradors are ideal around kids and are very protective of their owners.

We bought a beautiful black (#) Labrador called Buster online who is now very much part of the family. The kids idolise him and he in turn loves them, we’re all so happy.
