THIS IS AWESOME! My favorite dog trainer and dog whisperer of all time has just released a free video online explaining how to eliminate 94% of all unwanted behavior in ANY dog. Her name is Krista Cantrell and I absolutely LOVE the way she teaches. Click on the video to watch. You'll be glad you did...

The Dogtra 280NCP Platinum electronic training collar features a half mile range and is guaranteed to be 100% waterproof.  This unit is outfitted an LCD screen that will allow you to easily see and control the different levels of stimulation.  The Dogtra 280NCP platinum also includes features from Dogtra’s top of the line pro-line collars.  The Dogtra 280NCP Platinum is gentle enough for even the meekest dogs so you don’t have to worry about the collar being too harsh for them.  You can also get the collar in a two dog system through the Dogtra 282NCP Platinum.

The transmitter has three levels of stimulation; the Nick which sends out a single rapid pulse of electrical stimulation, the Constant which will emit incessant stimulation as long as the button is pressed for up to 12 seconds, and finally the Pager which will give your dog a non-stimulating vibration that will last for as long as the button is pressed for up to 12 seconds.

The transmitter for the Dogtra 280NCP Platinum is very compact in size and weighs only about 4.8 oz. which makes it easy to carry around on either a lanyard or your belt.  The transmitter has a rechargeable and replaceable NiMH battery.  The LED light color indicator will tell you the status of the transmitter’s battery life.  Green color means fully charged, amber means medium charged, and the red color stands for needs charging. And it’s fantastic, there are just so many products available to help you with your pet dog, such as the petsafe pet feeder & sportdog wetland hunter 800.

The collar for the Dogtra 280NCP Platinum is made of highly durable Biothane material that can be easily cleaned and can easily fit a 28” neck of a dog. This Dogtra collar weighs only 5.4 oz.  The receiver includes a LED light which will tell you the current charge status of the collar.  Same as the transmitter, green indicates fully charged, amber for medium charged and red for low battery.  The receiver also operates on NiMH batteries.
