The owner was having problems with carrying out commands, so I explained that the dog was capable of jumping on practically everything in the room, and that his confidence would rise if you carried through.

How exactly does the remote collar work? From my understanding it gives a “shock” and/or vibration by remote..is this just to get the dog’s attention?
