The trainer who taught the class used old school methods. He mocked clicker training and showed us a horrible video on it. ever since then I have had the same feeling about it that he does. It doesn’t work unless you have food nonstop..ect ect.. Thanks for posting these videos and convincing me that clicker is the way to go! I’m sure my dogs appreciate it too! I’ll be sure to get some videos up to show the difference. I have one up now with my cattle dog doing a very reluctant leash less heel

I can’t wait to see these new videos! Ive started to retrain my dogs with clicker training. They are successfully trained with the old choke collar method. “successfully” isn’t as good I would like it though.Their heeling is very good. however nothing like constant eye contact heeling backwards and doing turns like splash! I started on the under heeling and doing turns. Amazing how i get constant eye contact. No stress signals! I was recently certified by a dog training school in NY.

Hi Emily. I discovered your videos this afternoon and have done little else since then (it’s now 9.30 pm here), apart from walk my dog and have a couple of short training sessions. I’ve been clicker training for a while now and have recently begun freestyle so am delighted with your videos. Brilliant! More please!

I love watching your videos! I have two dogs ( Yorkie and a Shorkie) and I am excited to train them. A lot of videos don’t show you how to do the tricks step by step like you do.
