Dog Training Tutorial- HOUSETRAINING
THIS IS AWESOME!
My favorite dog trainer and dog whisperer of all time has just released a free video online explaining how to eliminate 94% of all unwanted behavior in ANY dog.
Her name is Krista Cantrell and I absolutely LOVE the way she teaches.
Click on the video to watch. You'll be glad you did...

House-training is often the first thing most dogs need to learn as they become part of a new family. Since this is something I have been getting numerous requests for - I decided to do a video on it.
There is some additional information on housetraining (tips) that I did not include in the video which is available on my Facebook page under the discussions section.

***NOTE***
All this information assumes that the dog in question is in good health and not suffering from any sickness/disease. Sometimes lack of bladder and bowel control is a result of ill health and if you suspect that this might be the case with your dog, please immediately consult your vet to rule out any such possibility.
It is also assumed that the dog is not struggling with fear-based elimination. As is often the case with some dogs, the goal in these instances would be to tackle the issue of fear/anxiety in addition to following all the advice given in the video. Unfortunately, the details in these situations are specific and unique to the dog - so the best approach is to contact a professional dog trainer who uses positive reinforcement only, to assess and determine the most appropriate course of action.

I will receive my boxer puppy this week, and I have been checking for dog tutorials since some weeks ago, personally I think your videos are the best really very weell edited and explained…. Could you upload a tutorial about frisbee and jump training please? Best Regards
I’ve been watching …
I’ve been watching your videos for 2 days now and they are very interesting. So, first, congratulations for your videos and for Solea, she is amazing… I’d also like to ask how should i train 2 puppies? I’ve recently got 2 female boxers (they’re less than 2 months old) and I haven’t seen any clue on how to do that, should i split them and make separate sessions of training? Also this will sound awkward, but is there a way to teach their names? Always when i call for one both of them come…

@tab289 So thanks …
@tab289 So thanks for another great video. Though I found the vid helpful, I didnt like the idea of giving a treat when the dog eliminates at the right place. This is bcoz when we try this with a highly food motivated dog(such as a lab pup), the dog might insist on going out frequently to have a treat from the trainer.
Also tab, i would like to see a video of yours teaching dogs not to pick up things from the ground and eating them up(my dogs does this whenever we’re out.Pls Help!!)
Thanks

Cache-Control: max-age=0
r new home she wont eat and refuses to eat it. She will only eat a different brand of puppy food that we had as a sample. She lov

@gavroash I would …
@gavroash I would consistently ask him to sit or give you his paw before you get up to take him out. Eventually he will realize this is what to do to let you know.
Great video.That’s …
Great video.That’s exactly what I did with my puppy. I know for sure now that my puppy (a 3 months old GSD) knows exactly what he’s supposed to do: not doing it inside the house. I have 1 problem: Young puppies his age use their mouth a lot (which I’m working on), so he nips my anckle to communicate that he needs to go instead of just coming to me like in your video. Would that resolve itself as he grows up? How do I deal with nipping without frightening him of telling me that he needs to go?
@IamtheGrynch Yes, …
@IamtheGrynch Yes, that is on my list!
@ctarroza You are …
@ctarroza You are correct, it is just a matter of putting in some time and being creative. It could be that there are such dogs that are stubborn, but I’ve never met one yet.
Thanks for the tips …
Thanks for the tips, we’ll need it soon. We’re getting a new german shepherd puppy in a couple of months
It took me 2 weeks …
It took me 2 weeks for my border collie to understand it doesnt do its buisness in the house. Everyone told me i was blessed with an angel puppy haha. I was very lucky. But i also took pracortions like, taking him to the toilet often. And taking away his food and water 2 to 3 hours before bedtime. And it all worked out great
Great job with the …
Great job with the videos, I’ve watched many of them and I don’t even have a dog but am planning on getting one. The question I have is whether your advice will work with all breeds of dogs. I’m thinking of a Shiba Inu but have heard that they are not easy to train and could be very stubborn. Is it a matter of breed or as long as you put in the time, you will get the results you want? Are there some dogs who just won’t be obedient no matter how much training and care you’ve put into it?
@ …
@nataliawasilewska97 if you don’t neuter/castate a dog, it might end up being aggressive or dominant, but hey, take his advice over mine!
Thanks for posting …
Thanks for posting this! I was just going to suggest this to you.
