I found a few, but one is based in the UK and the others are not that active. I’m looking for either a pet forum that has a place to talk about breeding dogs, or one specifically for dog breeders. Thanks!

There are many dog forums specific to the breed of dog that you are interested in breeding. Many are in yahoo groups as well as on google. Breed specific groups are the best place to get breeding information for your particular breed.
